These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Purpose-Driven Collective website, programs, events, and services offered by Jennifer Fletcher ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

The Purpose-Driven Collective offers leadership development, purpose clarity mentorship, and related educational programs and services, including but not limited to:

  • Free resources and lead magnets (downloadable guides, worksheets)

  • Free webinars and virtual events

  • Paid group mentorship programs and cohorts

  • Paid 1:1 purpose clarity intensives

  • Workshops, summits, and live events

  • Email newsletter and content

Our services are designed for adults (18 and older) who are seeking personal and professional growth, leadership development, and purpose clarity.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • You will use our services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

Our programs are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our services or submit any personal information to us.

3. Programs and Enrollment

Enrollment

Enrollment in a paid program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with program details and access instructions after your payment is successfully processed.

Program Access

Access to program materials, Zoom sessions, community spaces, and other program components is granted to enrolled participants only. You may not share, transfer, or sell your access to another individual.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to program content, schedules, or format when necessary. We will notify enrolled participants of any significant changes with as much advance notice as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to your enrollment. Once you have enrolled and payment is confirmed, your price is locked in for that program term.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Introductory Pricing

Some programs may be offered at introductory rates for early launch periods. These rates are not guaranteed to continue beyond the stated promotional period.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our programs and want you to feel confident in your investment. Our refund policy is as follows:

Paid Programs (Group Mentorship, 1:1 Intensives)

  • Full refunds are available within 3 days (72 hours) of the date of purchase, provided the program has not yet started and you have not accessed any paid program materials.

  • After 3 days, or once program materials have been accessed or sessions have begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • If a program is canceled by The Purpose-Driven Collective, you will receive a full refund.

Events and Summits

  • Refund terms for specific events (workshops, summits, retreats) will be stated at the time of purchase and may differ from the above. Please review event-specific refund information before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [your-email@thepurposedrivencollective.com] within the eligible window with your name, the program purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

6. Community Standards and Code of Conduct

The Purpose-Driven Collective is a faith-driven, purpose-centered community. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and empowering environment for all participants.

Expected Behavior

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and guests with dignity and respect

  • Engage authentically and in good faith

  • Maintain confidentiality of what other participants share within program spaces

  • Participate in a way that is consistent with our values of faith, integrity, service, authenticity, personal growth, purpose, and boldness

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are not permitted in any of our programs, sessions, or community spaces:

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind

  • Sharing another participant's personal information or story without their consent

  • Promoting competing services or soliciting other participants for personal gain

  • Distributing or reproducing our program materials without written permission

  • Any conduct that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the community

Removal from Programs

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program at our sole discretion if they engage in behavior that violates these standards or disrupts the experience for others.

  • If removed prior to the program's midpoint, you will receive a partial refund equal to the prorated value of the remaining unused sessions.

  • If removed at or after the program's midpoint, no refund will be issued.

  • Removal decisions are final.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website and within our programs — including but not limited to frameworks, workbooks, guides, slides, videos, written materials, and the "Find Your Why" methodology — is the intellectual property of The Purpose-Driven Collective and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without express written permission

  • Use our content to create derivative works for commercial purposes

  • Share paid program materials with individuals who are not enrolled

Personal Use Only

Materials provided within our programs are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing access or materials with others is a violation of these Terms.

Your Content

When you share feedback, stories, comments, or other content in our programs or sessions, you retain ownership of your own content. However, as described in our Privacy Policy, we may request your permission to use your testimonials or success stories in our marketing. We will always seek explicit consent before publicly using your name or specific details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Not Professional Advice

The Purpose-Driven Collective offers leadership development, purpose clarity mentorship, and personal growth facilitation. Our programs and content are educational and inspirational in nature and are not a substitute for professional psychological, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Results from our programs vary based on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, income, career advancement, or life changes as a result of participation.

No Guarantee of Results

Any income projections, success stories, or testimonials shared in our marketing are illustrative of what is possible and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Your results will depend on your own effort, dedication, and personal circumstances.

Website Availability

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Purpose-Driven Collective and Jennifer Fletcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or emotional distress, arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Purpose-Driven Collective, Jennifer Fletcher, and any associated team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Maryland in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than resolved in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled clients by email.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Purpose-Driven Collective regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
