The Purpose Driven Collective was founded in 2025 by Jennifer Fletcher. Jennifer’s background is in leadership, training, and organizational development. She is a speaker, mentor, and purpose-driven leader passionate about helping individuals grow in confidence, clarity, and intentionality.
Through the Purpose Driven Collective, Jennifer creates spaces that encourage personal growth, authentic leadership, and purposeful living. Her mission is to help people recognize their potential, take meaningful action, and use their gifts to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
